Basically you get reboot support, OS support and mainly issues that have occurred due to our hardware/Software. Our managed plans will offer you free installs of software, control panels and even the odd script.
If we fully manage your server we will maintain and look after it on a day to day basis and solve any technical issues you may find hard!
