If you find you cannot access the server, or any page on your website, you should first check out our server status page.
If this says it is online, you should submit a ticket to see if the firewall has blocked you, this is usually the case and is best to check before you submit a ticket saying a server is down.
Also include your IP, to be white listed in the system.
